Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Conduct property site visits and presentations
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good understanding of Delhi NCR real estate market
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Own vehicle preferred
